McDilly originally entered the insurance industry as a marketing professional, hired by an agency to handle their marketing and recruiting. Now, with 11 years in the industry, she is the owner of our FMO offering contracts with LifeX, Bright Life, AmeriBenefit and XGB products, as well as our marketing & software systems. She is always happy to help agents with their own marketing and software solutions and/or recruiting efforts when they are ready for growth. Originally from small town Ohio, she now lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband Colonel and her two bonus children, ages 12 and 13.
